About WCAA Solutions

WCAA Solutions started in 2023. We are a local business out of McClure, Pennsylvania, on Route 522 in Mifflin County — just about dead center of the state — working across construction and agriculture, the two things this part of Pennsylvania actually runs on.

Who You Are Dealing With

WCAA is owned and run by Matt Wagner. When you call or text (717) 994-8036, that is who answers. When you buy something, Matt is the one who pulls it, pallets it and puts it on the truck, and if a question comes up after delivery, he is the one who picks up the phone. There is no call center and nobody between you and the person who sold you the equipment.

What We Do Right Now

Three things, and we would rather do three things properly than ten things badly:

• Skid steer and mini skid steer attachments — buckets, grapples, augers, brush cutters, rototillers, breakers, mixer buckets, forks, tree pullers and quick attach plates. Skid loader, if that is what you call it around here.
• Concrete equipment — power trowels, floor saws, cut off saws and mixers. The gear a concrete crew actually runs.
• Used construction and farm machinery — whatever is on the lot that week, described honestly.

Who We Sell To

Anybody. Contractors, farmers, concrete crews, landscapers, homeowners with one job to do — it makes no difference to us. There is no account to open, no minimum, and no trade card to show. If you want it, we will help you find the right one and we will sell it to you.

How We Try to Do It

Prices are on the page. Every one of them. You can see what something costs without filling anything out or picking up the phone first.

Freight is a real number. Enter your address at checkout and you get the live carrier rate before you pay — priced as residential delivery with a liftgate, so it does not grow on you later.

We will tell you when something will not fit. Send a photo of your loader’s mount and the make and model, and we will give you a straight answer, including when the answer is no. Selling somebody the wrong attachment is not a sale, it is a return and a bad afternoon for both of us.

There is a real yard. You can drive out to Route 522, look the equipment over in person, and load it on your own trailer if you would rather not wait on a truck.

Where We Are Headed

Spring 2027 is the target for widening the lineup beyond what you see here. Same idea, more of it — built around what this area actually asks for rather than what is easy to stock.
