These terms govern purchases made from WCAA Solutions through this website. If anything here is unclear, call or text (717) 994-8036 before placing your order and we will explain it.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in US dollars and do not include freight or tax, which are added at checkout.
• Online payment is processed by Shopify and accepts all major credit and debit cards. No surcharge is applied.
• We do not offer net terms.
• An order is not final until we accept it. If an item is priced or listed in error, or is no longer available, we will contact you and either correct the order or cancel and refund it in full before it ships.

Availability and descriptions

We work to keep the site accurate. Specifications, weights and photographs are provided in good faith. Used equipment is sold as-is, in the condition described on its listing.

Fitment is the buyer's responsibility to confirm. Send us the make and model of your machine before ordering and we will verify it for you at no charge.

Warranty, parts and support

The attachments and equipment currently offered are not WCAA-brand products and are sold without warranty, express or implied, from WCAA Solutions or the manufacturer. We can source replacement parts for the equipment brands we sell. Parts are at the buyer's expense, and we do not provide repair labor or field service. We are glad to help you work out what is wrong over the phone. Warranty terms for WCAA-branded equipment will be published when that lineup is released.

Shipping, returns and privacy

Shipping is covered on the shipping and freight page, returns on the return policy page, and the handling of your information in our privacy policy. Those three documents form part of these terms.

Use of this site

This site may not be used for any unlawful purpose, and our photographs and product descriptions may not be reproduced without permission. We may update the site, these terms, prices and product availability at any time.

Liability

Construction and agricultural equipment is dangerous when used improperly. The buyer is responsible for operating it safely, for confirming that it is suited to and rated for their machine and application, and for following the manufacturer's instructions and all applicable regulations. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the item.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
