FAQ

Everything you need to know about ordering, shipping, and our equipment.

Ordering & Pricing
How does your pricing compare?+
Every price is on the page - no form, no call to find out what something costs. We run low overhead and price accordingly, and freight is quoted live at checkout instead of added on afterward. Compare the delivered total, not just the sticker.
Do you offer bulk or bundle pricing?+
Bundle pricing starts at four attachments. Call or text (717) 994-8036 with what you are after and we will put a number together. We handle everything from a few units up to full container orders. Buying two or three? The price on the page is the price, but it is still worth a call - we can usually get them on one pallet so you pay freight once instead of twice.
How do I pay?+
Online, you pay at checkout. Shopify handles the payment and it takes all the major credit and debit cards, including American Express. There is no surcharge - whatever the processor charges is already in our price. We do not offer net terms.
How do I pay at the yard, or pay the driver?+
Cash is good anywhere we go, and we carry a Square reader so you can pay by card in person at the yard or at the tailgate. A check is fine if you are in Pennsylvania. Outside Pennsylvania it is cash - we can sometimes take a cashier's check, but only if the run puts us at a bank during banking hours, so ask before you count on it. On phone and bulk orders we can also take a wire transfer or Zelle.
Can I get a custom quote?+
Absolutely. Use the contact form or call (717) 994-8036 and we will put pricing together based on what you need and where it is going.
Shipping & Delivery
What are my shipping options?+
Three ways: LTL freight nationwide, local delivery on our own truck, or pick it up at the yard. Freight is quoted live at checkout from your delivery address, and yard pickup is a free option right at checkout - choose Pick up instead of shipping. Local delivery on our own truck is arranged by phone.
Can I pick it up, or get it delivered locally?+
Yes to both. Yard pickup is free and you can choose it at checkout - pick Pick up instead of shipping and there is no freight charge. We will pull it and email you when it is ready, usually within a day; call ahead before you drive out so we can meet you and get you loaded. Local delivery on our own truck is set up by phone - call or text (717) 994-8036 before you order. It is free within 30 miles of the yard.
Why is every freight quote residential with a liftgate?+
Because it is the price that actually works for almost everybody, and because we would rather quote you one honest number than a cheap one that changes. Whether an address counts as residential is the carrier's call, and they make it after the shipment is already moving - so we build residential delivery and a liftgate into every quote up front. If you are a real commercial address with a dock or a forklift, call or text (717) 994-8036 before you order and we will arrange your order at the commercial rate.
What does local delivery cost?+
Inside 30 miles of the yard it is free. Past 30 miles we bill the whole distance per loaded mile - typically $2.20 to $2.50 depending on the load - not just the miles past 30. So a 40 mile run is billed at 40 miles. Call and we will quote it exactly before you commit.
How do I know where my order is?+
You get an order confirmation by email as soon as you check out. Once the shipment is booked with the carrier we email you the tracking number, and from there you get updates as it moves - when it leaves us, when the truck picks it up, when it reaches the delivery terminal, when it is loaded out for delivery, and when it is delivered. If anything goes quiet, call or text (717) 994-8036 and we will chase the carrier for you.
Do I need a forklift to unload it?+
No. Every freight quote on this site already includes a liftgate, so the truck lowers the pallet to the ground for you. If you do have a forklift or a dock, call before you order and we will price it commercial instead. Most attachments ship on a pallet we build ourselves.
Where do you deliver?+
LTL freight goes anywhere in the lower 48. We run our own truck across Pennsylvania, Ohio, Maryland, Delaware, Virginia and West Virginia, and we will go further than that as long as the delivery cost works for you - call and we will price the run.
Returns, Warranty & Problems
Is there a warranty?+
Not on what we sell today. The attachments and equipment on the site right now are not WCAA-brand items, and they carry no warranty from us or from the maker. What we do offer is parts support: we can source replacement parts for everything we sell, so if something needs a part down the road, call or text (717) 994-8036 with the make, model and what you need. Parts are at your cost and we do not do repair labor ourselves. Used machinery is sold as-is. When our own branded lineup arrives, it will come with its own warranty terms.
What is your return policy?+
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery or pickup. Call or text (717) 994-8036 first so we can authorize the return, then deliver the item to the yard or ship it back at your own cost. If it comes back tested but not used - mounting it on your machine to check fit is fine - and in the condition it shipped in, we refund everything you paid less the original outbound freight, to your original payment method through Shopify. If it has been put to work, or comes back marked or missing parts, it is settled as store credit at a value we set from its condition. Anything welded, cut or damaged cannot come back at all. After 14 days returns are not accepted, but we can still source parts for the brands we carry at your cost. Full detail on the return policy page.
What if it arrives damaged?+
Note the damage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves, photograph the pallet and the equipment, and contact us the same day. This is the single most important step - a freight claim is very difficult to win once a clean receipt has been signed. Once the damage is noted, we file and manage the claim with the carrier on your behalf.
Equipment & Fitment
Is a skid loader the same as a skid steer?+
Same machine. Skid loader, skid steer, skid steer loader - different names for the same thing, and around Central PA most people say skid loader. Every full size skid loader attachment we sell runs the universal quick attach mount, so if it fits your skid steer it fits your skid loader - the one exception is the Euro mount pallet forks, which are built for tractor loaders. Mini skid steers and mini skid loaders use the common interface mount instead.
Will this fit my machine?+
Most full size attachments use the universal quick attach mount and fit any standard skid steer. Mini machines use the common interface mount, and Bobcat MT machines use Bobcat's own MT pattern, which is a different size again - the three do not interchange. Hydraulic attachments also need the right flow and pressure, and that is different for every attachment, so send us the make and model of your machine and we will confirm before you buy.
Is the equipment new or used?+
Both, and they are kept in separate categories. Everything in the attachment and concrete equipment collections is new. Anything used lives in Used Construction & Farm Machinery, is sold as-is, and has its condition described honestly on the listing.
Can you get parts for what you sell?+
We do not run a parts counter, but we can source parts for the attachment and equipment brands we sell. Call or text (717) 994-8036 with your make, model and what you need, and we will tell you what we can get and how long it will take. Parts are at your cost, and we do not do the repair work itself - but we are glad to help you figure out what is wrong over the phone.
Buying From Us
Do I have to be a contractor to buy from you?+
No. Contractors, farmers, concrete crews, landscapers, homeowners, anybody - if you want it, we will sell it to you. There is no account to open and no minimum.
Who is WCAA Solutions?+
A local business out of McClure, Pennsylvania, started in 2023 by Matt Wagner, working across construction and agriculture. Right now the focus is skid steer and mini skid steer attachments, concrete equipment, and used machinery. There is a real yard on Route 522 you can drive to. More on the about page.
Can I see it before I buy?+
Yes. Everything we have is at the yard in McClure, PA on Route 522. Call ahead so we can have it pulled out and ready when you get here.
How fast do you respond?+
Same day on almost everything. Calling or texting (717) 994-8036 is the fastest way to reach us.
